There is a list of venues that do / don't pass on fan mail compiled on the forum. It can be found here.

It's not on the list ... so you may have to contact the venue to find out.

Okay...so I called the DTE Energy Music Theatre and they said that they don't pass on mail.
It really sucks because I wanted to write to The Veronicas via venue.
Oh well...
