Unique P Manning Auto Item?

Hey everyone!
My fiance is obsessed with Peyton Manning, and after years of her trying to meet him, he is finally signing here (Chicago) in about three weeks. The price is really steep ($200 for flats and up to $350 for equipment). Because of the rare and expensive opportunity, we don't want to get a simple 8x10 or magazine cover signed.
I would love to get some help coming up with ideas for some unique item we could have him sign. My current thought is a local artist I know creating a 1-of-a-kind drawing, but that is going to add $225 to the cost. Any ideas for me? I greatly appreciate anything you can come up with.
