Hi i received a photo from Ian Mckellen buts its not what i sent. Did someone on here send a bookmark and portrait to him ???

Maybe try finding an email address for the agency and letting them know, perhaps they will look in to the matter for you, though its not unheard of to get somebody else's items back, sometimes as well as your own.

will do that now.. yeah i understand fan mail gets messed up but this person sent some items to him just want her to see he got them!!
