Potential Problem?

Hi, sorry if the title is a bit confusing. I didn't know what to call it.
I sent an email to Studio Fan Mail requesting an autograph from Jennifer Aniston. I mentioned I was considering doing a charity auction. Then I get an automatic reply saying that the photos are not allowed to be used in auction.
Does this mean, I won't be able to get the autographs?! I won't use them for the auction if thats not allowed..

I've seen many people resell SFM preprints. I would just be a little tricky, just request the autograph but don't say its for charity.

In the automatic reply email you get from SFM when you've emailed them, it says
These complimentary photos are not approved for auction or resale.

I have a question though, why would you have a charity aution with preprints? I don't understand who would want those when they could just get them for free.

Some people don't know you can get them for free. I find that if you have mybe 10 preprints together you will usually get a couple bucks for them. So far for my charity I have raised over 200 dollars. All have been through email and no cost for me whatsoever.

I didn't realise SFM gave preprints at the time.
Thanks for your replies, I'll just have to wait and see

You can get a PP if the autographs are not for charity.
