1980's Sylvester Stallone Signed Photograph Questions?

I've inherited four signed photographs by Sylvester Stallone in the 80's. These were mailed by a fan club located at the address of 8966 Sunset Boulevard Hollywood, CA, 90069. I was wondering if anybody here had any details about this address, and the value of these photos.

You would really need to show what you have to a real inspection and opinion, any further details, size of photo's etc
