Ummm I don't see why not. That's the whole point in IRCs. You can trade them in any country for the local stamps.

Do let me know if you get a success, I want to write to him too but I'm lazy since I never heard of successes from him.

well I know that IRC's are not valid in some countries and I didn't know if Finland happened to be one of them and if I ever get around to writing and get a success I will let u know
