Mine are all in a folder that I keep under my desk. But I hear that some people write them lightly in pencil on the back of what they receive.

Excel file

makes it easy to calculate the total number of days (with a formula)

I usually save my letters. So the dates are already on it :D Unfortunately, most of mine are on my dad's and he won't let me go on it anymore =/ I hope he didn't delete them!

I keep track of everything I've sent and received on binder paper.
