Thanks for posting as I was about to send off to someone with them. What do you actually mean by 'unless you put in the name of the specific agency' as CESD is their agency

Well the person I want to send to is Tobin Bell from the 'Saw' movies. He is an actor and does commercials. So what should I do? What do you mean by 'specialisations'?

I sent a request off to Tobin Bell about a year ago and still didn't hear back.

I didn't write 'c/o' whoever, only CESD Agency, so I'm hoping that he's gotten it since I sent it off before this stupid rule came into place.

But I've also gotten an email success by using this address a while ago, so I'm not sure how they are running it now.
