I will send fanmail to C. Ronaldo but I have a question.
Do I need to send IRC with SAE or shall I only send SAE ?

Where are you from? Is the address Old Trafford?
TBH, if you live in the country where you are sending the mail then you should include a SASE, if you don't live in the country you should always send a IRC and SAE if you can.
