In the topic Autograph Collector Magazine EugeneE mentioned The Autograph Review. Going on my 33rd year of collecting I never heard of it so I contacted the Editor and he graciously sent me the Sept - Oct. 06 copy. It's 5, 81/2x11 inch. pages folded and stapled in the middle. It's not a magazine but more like a newsletter. It lists 56 sports address successes. 34 Hockey,1 Football and 21 baseball (Home Addresses).there is an article called" In the News" where it gives out 9 other addresses. There is "The Bill Crane Report" where he talks about Charlie Wagner and the 46 redsox and gives addresses for 9 of the players. there is a page and about a half of obituaries and a letter to the editor. 2 pages of signed hall of fame plaque postcards and dexter cards all listed at book value or close to it so no bargains there. a couple pages of advertisements. an article called" Leads and More" where it gives you 8 more addresses. page of football team addresses, a page and a half of NFL teams listing all coaches and assistants and a page listing baseball successes in care of the teams and that's about it. Overall it's ok, if you collect sports autographs then you might want to try it. It's hard to say yay or nay seeing just one copy.
