But to put it simply for you, my dimwitted, idiotic friend:

Some celebs will sign without a SASE. When that's the case, and you have only 4 stamps, you can either write to one celebrity who will only sign if you send a SASE or 2 who will sign with only a SAE, sometimes it's nice to hedge your bets.

Also, some celebrities refuse to use SASEs and sending them to said celebrities is what's known as "a waste of money".

So the fact that you continue to call me out for posts made (judging from your intellect level) before you were born and your inability to answer the very questions that you call me stupid for asking just goes to prove that you're a bigger moron than you seem to realize.
