Well, I dont know the reason for sure why Ellen doesnt sign, but its probably one of these reasons.

1) She gets too much fanmail, and cannot respond to it all, so chooses not to respond to any of it.
2) She fears people selling her autograph on eBay or other places.

You can try the 'Grey's Anatomy' address, They only send out preprints, but it has the whole cast on it.
