Calling For Autographs

People have sent snail mail, email, and even faxed, but has anyone called the persons company requesting an autograph?

No, I haven't done that.. I wouldn't want to bother them with calls because I'm sure they are busy enough.

nope, i'm sure most agencies would tell you to send a SASE. I'd rather just write a letter than waste their time.

The only problem with this plan is that you would need to FIND their phone number first... Which is a difficult... And if you do find it... Well... you're crazy

The q. has a point , cause of some of the sites with addresses, there is their number and fax

I dont think it's really being rude. I havent called a company requesting an autograph but if I found a number for someones company than maybe. I actually have called a celebrities home before when I couldn't find an address. He was very nice and we spoke for several minutes and he gave me the address where I could send my request.

All the times I have called for autographs I was told to send a SASE to an address that was provided.
