Do successes slow down in the summer?

Just thinking -
I've only been collecting TTM for two months, and I was wondering with the large numbers of people on vacation/hiatus in the summer, do successes slow down?
OR, since celebs (especially TV celebs) have some free time, do they pick up?
Just curious....
