Hi I've seen a few sucesses with people who have sne t a questionaire to someone and they filled it out....I dont exactly understand, what kind of questionaire and do you make them yourself , what kinds of questions? Any help would be great thanks!

Yeah, you make them yourself & you just write down any questions that you would like the celebrity to answer. Like, Who was your favorite person to work with.. pretty much anything!

yeah, its an alternative to putting questions in your letter. If you add a little survey type thing, with the questions already printed out on paper, and a space to add the answer, the celeb is more likely to reply.

I personally have sent many questionaires out. With basic questions such as favorite movie, favorite food, favorite person they've worked with, any new projects coming up etc. It is very fun to see if they will come back.

So far I've gotten 2 back filled out, from Betty White (The Golden Girls) and Dania Ramirez (X-Men). They both were very fun to read.

In my questionnaires I send out I have:

Favourite person to work with?
Do you have any Pets?
How many fan-letters do you recieve in a week?
What is your favourite book?
And I also ask if they could draw a small picture.
At the end I have a spot for date and autograph.

I have recieved 3 questionnaires back. Charley Pride, Ray Bradbury, and Ed MacMahon.

i ask like questions that i would really want to know the answers to. Like for one i asked.... Who has inspired you the most in you life? (sometimes) Why?
or....... If you could pick one celebrity to make a movie with who would it be?
