This is Jason.

What do you guys do with the envolope you recive along with the autograph? I keep it in a clear pocket folder, with the name of celebriy and sent and recived date on the bottom right corner of the envolope.

Oh I just toss it out. If there's a stamp, I usually cut off the stamp and throw the rest of the envelope away. (My brother collects stamps ) However if the celebrity handwrote my address or something, I may decide to keep the envelope.

I toss mine out as well, but if the stamps haven't been cancelled.. I try to reuse them.

i keep the envelopes in my folder but if it's a RTS i don't keep it

Same with me. I don't overly see any point in keeping them. I just note down the date that I recieve it on.

I used to collect the envelopes as well a while back, but it kept building up and didn't see the point (see below), so I kept the ones which the celebrity had written, and the rest have all been chucked out.
