Any hope for Queensryche for me?

Hmmmm....I sent 2 letters to the address and i still haven't got anything back from them over a month. Everyone else seems to be getting theirs in 2 weeks. I sent my first one in March and my second one at the end of april. Anyone have any ideas why?
