When I include return postage in the US I just use 60 cent stamps. If I am mailing to canada, do I do the same or do I have to use IRC's?

I'm not sure but when I mailed to Canada I used the same stamps. Maybe thats why it never came back

when sending an autograph request to Canada you HAVE to put Canadian stamps on the return envelope or use IRCs
