How many dollars worth of stamps have you spent in autograph collecting? (Just for fun) Me: about $2. I just started.

Last time I added my reciepts, it was about $3,500

I think about 300 Euro.

There is no way I'll ever know for sure...not really sure I want to know. But I've been doing this for 11 years, now and have over 12,000 responses from more than 8,000 people (about 70% sports).

Take into consideration the stamp rates, and I started when they were .27 apiece...we'll say they averaged .35 per. Most of theose were sports cards, so only two stamps (to and fro), but I've done a lot of larger envelopes that cost 4 stamps (to and fro). We'll average 3 on that...

I've spent roughly 8,400 dollars on postage alone. Not to mention the supplies...Wouldn't trade it for anything though.

Emm....far toooooo much, at least €200 euro at this stage!

I've been a TTM collector since I was eleven years old and a book of stamps was only just over £1 back then lol!

I think I've probably spent about £300 on stamps so far! Scary when you think about it

I've probably spent like 1000 since i've sent a lot to UK and SAE/SASE it doesn't seem like a lot when you send like 1 every so often
