I got this about 3 years ago (note the date on the autograph)
but, I've never been able to figure out whos it is
it has bugged me very much!
can some body help me?

Sorry no clue, but the first letter looks like a "J" and the second a "R". Hope that helps?

I don't know if anyone could verify this,
but do you think it could be:
Jed Spingam?
he's an artist/animator for Jimmy Neutron.
I found the list of people I sent to before the date on the autograph,
so its either him,
Ted Couldron (Spongebob animator)
or
Butch Hartman (Fairly Oddparents/Danny Phantom creator)

What did the return address say when it came back?

there was no return address,
as far as I can remember.
I no longer have the envelope though, unfortunately.
my mom threw it away, the day I got it
