Does Tim Allen require you to send a photo? Because I sent him a letter(only a letter) a few months ago and got an SFM preprint back. Next time I'm going to send an SASE. I just wasn't sure if he required a photo sent to him! Thanks!

Yes, If you send him a photo, he'll sign it. If not, he sends you the pre-print
