Autograph lost in the mail... What to do?

Okay, here's what's happened:

Back in May I got a huge success from Freema Agyeman, who plays Martha Jones on "Doctor Who". She'd signed three pictures for me, two of which I sent on to David Tennant, who plays The Doctor on "Doctor Who".

Now, nearly three months have passed, and I haven't heard anything from David Tennant. Meanwhile, several other people have received replies from him, to letters sent later than mine.

David Tennant has a reputation of replying quickly to his fanmail. So does this mean that my letter (and more importantly, the two Freema-signatures within) have gotten lost in the mail?

Is there any chance... any chance that anything could come of writing a letter to the ICM-agency (addressed for "David Tennant's agent"), asking if they've seen my letter?

The whole thing seems slightly silly and futile. But if anyone of you have any experience with trying to locate a lost letter, I'd love to hear it.

...Perhaps I should just write Freema Agyeman once more, telling her what happened. She might be kind enough to sign the exact same pictures again :)

There may be a chance that it did get lost in the mail, but celebs are busy people, and maybe he just hasn't gotten around to your letter yet. I wouldn't give up hope, just be patient. I've waited a long time for alot of my autographs. I honestly don't think writing to the agency would help, but it's always worth a shot! Just keep waiting, and you can always write another letter. :D

It sorta would work like this. If people have sent after you, it just gets into a pile of fanmail, and the celebrity would start from the top, perhaps the most recent. They will then go down the list like that.

Contacting the agency is an alright idea, but locating your mail in a bunch of 100's would take time itself. You could contact Freema and get your photos back if you wish.

I personally prefer not to send already signed stuff through the mail, because of the risk of it getting lost, but its my own opinion.

Id say wait a bit more, and if it does not come in, do what you are intending by contacting Freema. IMO, the agency will do barely anything. I sent Clemence Poesy a letter 6 months ago, well now 7, and I sent an e-mail to the agency a month ago. Nothing.
