Is a musician's agency/company the right place to mail to for autograph requests?

yes, the agency or company is the right place to send fanmail. If they have an email address you might want to try to contact them there :) Also if you want you can try at there home address *if you can find it* but some celebrities do not like that. I hope that answers your question. Good luck on contacting them.
