I live in Norway and want to send x2 A4 photographs to an actor in the UK.
However, I can't find out how to do it because international reply coupons are no longer valid in UK.

On RoyalMail.com there are some stamps, but not sure which ones I can put on the envelope for him to return to Norway.

Question:
Do I put a C4 self-stamped enveloped with my photos+letter inside of a C3 envelope?

Which stamps do I need to include from the royalmail.com website?

Will gladly send you money on paypal if you can help me out on this.

Preferably I'd like to buy a PRE-PAID INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR Envelope so I can actually track the envelope IF he returns it.

Please help.

Yes, I have still not figured it out.

I have tried for weeks to buy international stamps on the royalmail website but I get this error:
Error: Problem encountered - Display process failure

Is there any other places online I can buy international stamps to put on my envelope before I send out?
OR is there any UK citizens here I can pay through paypal to send me?
