as you can see to the topic i am brand new at collecting autographs. i was wondering ..when u send a letter to a celebrity do you have to send it with something of yours u want to be autographed or can u just write a letter andthey usually send back their own pic and autograph it for you? please teach me all the tips lol

ok I'm new too but I've been getting successes:P Here is what I do.

I normally print out a picture of the celeb I want on (Photo paper) / or if you cant do that you can send an Index Card:P

If you want a better chance of them replying you should send a SASE (self addressed stamped envelope) What I normally do is I fold one envelope and put in into the other. And on the evelope I folded I put my name in the Sender spot:) So all they have to do is put your picture in the enevelope and write their address!!

It really depend on the celebrity. Some will send you a signed photo if you don't upply one, and some will not. If you are not collecting for charity then it is polite to include a photo to prove that you are a true fan, and not just a mass collector But you should always include a SASE =)

i mostly send index cards just in case they have nothing to sign sometimes i will send a photo but mostly i prefer not to, but you defo should include with every request you send out a sase and remember to put a stamp or stamps on the return envelope {thumb2}

Sometimes I send a photo and sometimes I don't. But I always send a SASE. Some people will send you a PP unless you send something to be signed. I guess they figure if you really want their auto you'll send something.
