HI! I have a question. I live in the U.S. Can you use US stamps on a letter to send to canada?

Correct! You could also send a dollar or 2 - concealed cash. That's what I do. It costs less than IRC's and I can't find any anyways. As far as I know, you can't purchase Canadian stamps online. Maybe someone might be willing to trade you for US stamps. Good luck!regisandkelly wrote:Great! Thanx!!! So, I guess you would have to put Canadian stamps on the return envelope?
You can't get canadian stamps in the U.S. unless a dealer brings them from Canada and sells them. IRC's are not good as they are a waste of money entirely.TheDonger wrote:Yes, US stamps work when sending to Canada or anywhere else in the world, as long as you have enough postage - usually 90 cents (standard envelope). Not for your SASE, though. Anyone know if you can get Canadian stamps from the US yet? So far I've heard nothing but dead ends
Might I state that sending Canadian dollars would be convinient for the other person in canada as it would be easier to send through the post office. However, if you send in U.S. Dollars, there maybe slight delays and such, perhaps, with you request. i usually prefer sending in the currency of the country I am sending to. Stamps are the safest, but your choice.regisandkelly wrote:That's a great idea!!! I'll enclose like 2 or 3 dollars!Thank you for your help!
true. That is just my opinion. IT is alot of work, but well worth it. I leave that to you guys. The above statement was my opinion, nothing more.TheDonger wrote:It's too much work trying to get currency from other countries. just send a couple bucks. always works for me. haven't seen any delays yet. it all depends on the celebrity.
