out of the people on my to wirte to list who are my best bets(note i am fans of em all but i only like to send a few letters out at a time and want some great succes along the way i dont want to waste time for something i got no chance of)

also do you need american or candian stamps to send to the us because last time the post office applied stamps to the letters i didnt put my own

and so i dont have to pay for aditonal weight could i just tape the stamp to the letter? instead of sending another envelope

Probably the ones that have had more than one success before. And you need to put US stamps on it if you're sending to the us. You might be able to just send the stamps in the envelope but the best thing to do is send a SASE.

To send to the US, you can use stamps from any country. To send from the US, you must use US stamps. So, your SASE should have US stamps on it.

apparently carrie underwood is a waste of time. all she sends are postcards, and most of them get bent up and ruined in teh mail anyways. i personally havent tried her but thats wht ive heard form a bunch of ppl

If you send a SASE to Carrie, then your postcard will probably arrive in good condition.
