What do you think about this?

Personally I think it's really cool because most of the time you get to choose the photo & inscription and you know it's going to be an authentic autograph when it arrives unlike a lot of TTM successes.

Some people think it's greedy of celebrities to charge for their autograph but the celebrities I've purchased from have been bit part actors who probably sign to supplement their income.

So far I've purchased from....

Margaret Kerry (Walt Disney's model for Tinkerbell)
Pamelyn Ferdin (Voice of Lucy Von Pelt on Charlie Brown)
Karolyn Grimes (Zu Zu in It's a Wonderful Life)

All three autographs are favourites in my collection as the inscriptions are nice. I definitely don't have a problem with purchasing

Well I don´t think it`s greedy because there are many actors which still live from their famous film reels and they earn their money with sales of autographs or appearances at film conventions
And if I like the celebrity I would also pay money to get a authentic signature :razz:

I don't think that there is anything wrong with celebrities selling autographs on their website, if you are a fan of them them you'll pay And it's good that you get to choose the photo on some websites

If this is the only chance to get an authentic autograph from my fave star, I would also pay. Not everyone has the chance to meet their stars, so why not.

If you get a nice personalised photo, then that's cool. Some have you pay for a fanclub and/or signed photo but the photo is only a pre-print anyway!

I bought a Tricia Helfer (Battlestar Galactica) autograph through her website. What was nice about this one is that all the proceeds go towards charities. I think that the same thing was with the Sean Astin that I bought. At least half of it went towards charities. That's how I talked myself into buying the autographs.
