hey there i just had a good idea on making money : if you got any double autographs in your collection you can sell them on the internet at a site where they have to bid on your double autographs , how does that sounds like? any suggestions please:D

I don't think that people should collect doubles. and I think that if you do, you should be a huge fan of the person, and you should keep it. I think that people selling autographs is what is wrong with this hobby. It makes it harder for everyone who is a real fan to get an autograph. Anyone who would sell an autograph...even a double, is not a real fan.

I agree with The_Champion. This is a hobby, not about money. This is about collection peoples autographs that you are a fan of - not a way to make money.

i totally agree with the both of you but i mean , if you got any double autographs and you can sell them to get money and with that money you can buy new things that you might need for your autograph collection.

I don't agree with selling autographs. If someone has taken the time to send you a signed photo you should have the decency to keep it. However I have purchased autographs in the past and I have sold a couple of my purchases. I'd never sell anything that someone had taken the time to sign especially for me though. Hope that makes sense {thumb2}

Personally anything I get IP I will never sell. And most things TTM I won't sell either (unless they are not authentic like pp, ap, secretarial, which I have no interest in).

With autographs that I have purchased, I don't have a problem with selling the item. For example, sometimes you purchase an item, but after a while you get the chance to meet the celebrity IP. In that case I have no problem re-selling the previously purchased Autograph.

However collecting Autographs just to make a profit isn't something I would do.
