i may have asked a similar qusteion anyway i am sending miley a braclet which i made myself and a birthday card(yes i know its not until next month) and am sending her next month by sending this and trying her via venue will my succes rate be higher i am sending her to a venue i know passes fanmail too because its listed on the thread.
if a a mod would like to lock this for any reason feel free just awnser my qusteion please and wait atleast 4 days please so i can get more helpfull awnsers thanks guys.

yes, in general, you will usually always have a better chance writing to a venue, common sense. If you know that the venue passes on fanmail then that should answer your own question.

ok guys i sent today i didnt decide to send her a braclet but i did send her the bday card so the venue passes on fanmail thiers a great chance of a succes then the only thing is i forgot to write on the eneveope please hold until concert date on october 27 but its ok because they know miley is playing their so if they do pass they should give her it right because of this really dumb mistake i am afraid i may not get something please re asure m
