I want to send a letter to Jesse McCartney via venue. If the day he is performing at this venue is July 10th, if I send a letter this Tuesday, July 5, Do you think that would be a good day to send it? This would be my first time writing to a venue so I am not really sure what to do.

Depends how far away you are. If it's US to US sending it now would be fine.

Yes-- or write somewhere on there when the date of the concert is.

-edit- I just looked at ticketmaster.com and I guess I could write to him either the 9th or 10th. I live like 30 mins. from Universal City so should I still send it to him tomorrow like KellyMBel is? Also what do I do with the address. Do I put c/o next to the theater? Sorry I'm so stupid I've never done via venue before

Yes, you write his name, then c/o the venue name.
