What do you guys thinks?
Should mods do a bit more about RTS, then just saying :
"Thank you for your feedback Sorry for the RTS" ?
Jason.

I think it is fine. They are being polite by thanking unsuccessful people and they are sorry about the RTS. What more do they need to do? I mean, they need to be sure it passes as an RTS in the Celebrity Feedback place. It's ten times better than "Too bad" or anything else. The moderators do a lot and we should respect that.

What do you want us to do? Other than providing another address (if available), there is really nothing else we can do.

Which is what exactly? Every mod does the exact same thing.

There's really nothing we can do about RTS's. If there's another address in the database, we try to provide it so that the member can try again. However, oftentimes the RTS Address is the only one in the database. In that event, we can't really do anything about it. We usually cross an address off if multiple RTS's have been reported from an address, however RTS's often result when an individual mis-writes an address, so we often hold off on crossing addresses off in the database until multiple RTS's have been reported.
Sorry, but there's really not much more we can do.
