I have a few letters i want to send via venue but they're not performing until the new year or this time next year, i live in the same country as the arena that i am sending it to but should i send my fanmail now? and would the arena keep my letter? I am sending it to the MEN Arena.
Please help

Hmmm thats hard. Seeing as its around Christmas the post services are fairly busy so it could take longer than you might think. I'd send it in the next week or two just to be safe.

It might be worth dropping the M.E.N. an email first, just to let then know that you're planning on sending mail, who it's for and asking if they would keep it until the concert etc. Costs nothing to ask, and it will put your mind at rest.

I agree that you should e-mail MEN Arena first. They're really nice and responds very quick! I've e-mailed them before. ;) They might just keep it for you! The e-mail is on their official website. Good luck!! ;)

On the ones that aren't scheduled until this time next year, I'd definitely wait! There's no telling how many times it could be moved around after that long!

Put a note on your calendar about two weeks prior to the actual show, just to remind yourself to send it out!

Can confirm the M.E.N. definitely pass on mail. I got Gwen Stefani's via there a couple of months back.
