ok i dont know if anyones heard but mr.trebek had a heart attack and is in the hospital recovering nicely and about a half hour ago i dropped a letter to him off at the post office(as well as some others), i know this should be the least of his and everyones worries because thankfully he is going to be fine and will continue being the host when tapings resume but is their still a chance of a succes from this nice man
also because i spent quite a bit to send his letter because i used a larger sase as well, trust me i am not insentive and hope i dont come out that way but paying around 2 dollars and getting nothing back isnt great anyway i hope he gets better but ya i also hope i get a auto from him

I would understand if you wanted to send a 'Get Well' card, or something, but truthfully, it is a little insensitive to send the day after the man could've died...

Well Mr. Trebek has always been a good signer, so when he gets out of the hospital, he should resume filming Jeopardy.
I don't think it will hurt anything regarding the timeframe of when you sent it. I think it'd be a good idea though to send him a nice get well card or something.

Okay, sorry, I must've misunderstood you. I thought you sent it afterwards, knowing he was hospitalized.

I don't know how good of a signer he is, but someone said above, he's pretty good.
If you just found out, I don't think it could hurt, really. It's not like you dropped it in on purpose knowing he had a heart attack. THEN it'd have been quite rude.
I'm sure he'll eventually get it, but if not, you can send again sometime.
