how do you feel after you write a celeb

Unread post by miley cyrus fan »

ok this is a general and simple qusteion after writing a celeb and not getting a responce yet how do you feel when you hear one of their songs see their movies or watch one of their games go to their concerts etc.how do you feel do you think he/she better reply or do you just sit back and relax and engoy it. i am asking this for a few reasons i guess general curiosity and because sometimes i do think about it during whatever im watching ,and ofcourse im seeing miley cyrus ,in concert on saturday yah ,and because ive never got a responce ttm yet from her anyway besides the point. about the last poll option not wanting to get overly stressed over a auto well its because as nice as autos are and as much as we like the people we write to their are way more important things in the world and i guess we can say in our lives as well. also do your views on the celeb change while you wait can you say he or she is a great person

ps guys i no this was lower puncuation post here i just didnt really know how to get my point across so please no what do you mean or buy a dictionary cause it really TICKS me off

:D :D pml!! Um yeah..I don't particularly enjoy the whole writing or posting process, but waiting for the reply is fun. If I don't get anything within in 6 months it tends to piss me off - but I never begrudge a celeb who takes long to reply (or doesn't at all!) as I realise they have a busier schedule in a month than what I have in a year! I do think about receiving my autographs once or twice during the day, but life goes on if I don't.

I feel pretty good, after writing to someone. And it's even fun, when you see who does and who does'ot reply.

In this hobby, sometimes the least likely celeb, will give you an autograph. {thumb2}

On the other hand, a so-called "GOOD SIGNER" can seem like thay sign for everyone
(and their uncle) but not you :? It's a funny old game.

I usually enjoy the process of letter writing when it's to a celeb that I genuinely admire. It often makes me feel good to sincerely compliment someone &/or share how their work has entertained, inspired, or provoked thoughts in me.

I enjoy the selecting of paper, stamp, and envelope seal in order to create a look that I imagine might appeal to the celeb or at least catch the attention of the mail-lacky: "Pick me up! Read me first!"

As for the waiting for a response, sometimes I get my hopes up after reading other people's feedback. For example, people who have sent to Judge Judy after I have already have received their autographed picture. That makes me feel a little unsettled, more confused/ surprised than anything.

To be perfectly honest, sometimes when I wait for a response I think that I'm too old to be writing fan letters and collecting autographs TTM. I realize that there are some serious autograph collectors who are probably as old or older than I am, but I'm just getting started in this hobby. I needed something exciting but not dangerous that's not THAT expensive, and I luv to write letters so 1+1=2.

you're never too old to collect ;) I missed out on this whole thing when I was like 10 or 16 years old, and so on - only got really into it now as I've reached adulthood and its a real fun hobby despite what people say. Most ask me 'yeah, but what do you do with the autographs when you get them? Whats the point?' fools.

I find that these days, I'm a lot more comfortable, writing off to people, then before.

Talking about age, I never got into, this autograph thing until I was 43, thats only 2 years ago
So that, makes me seriously old then :D {thumb2} :lol:

I'm happy, that I waited so long, because unlike the youngsters today, I was a bit slow in my teens. And now I find that I take in things a lot easier.

I think I've recieved, about 60-70 replys, from 01/04/07. Not bad. {wow}

Most months have been, 2-3 success in one week, then nothing for 1-2 weeks, then 2-3 agian. But I think this is pretty good {thumb2}

Pretty good?!? That's REAL good! ;) Wish that I was getting replies as fast as that! On another point, I find that the older you get, the better you are in articulating yourself in your letter. I come across far more eloquently and to the point in my letters now then say, 10 years ago when I was relatively tiny (and that's probably why I never recieved anything back ten years ago ;))
