I personally use pics from the galleries on fansites. They have great photo shoots and are always hi res. You can visit http://www.fan-sites.com ;) Or you can visit google and type "(person's name) fan site".

Same here, I use anything from google search, to fan or official sites, to myspaces or bebo!

This has already been asked in the "Collecting Help" forum

I usually go to a fan site. Sometimes some fan sites have some HQ photos but other than that, I just google around.
