British Royalty Successes?

Has anyone had successes from any of the members of the British Royal Family? Do you know if they sign at all?
Would it be possible to send an autograph request to the House of Windsor, the current Royal House (and expect a reply)?
I've been thinking of writing a letter to a few of the members of the royal family for a while, but I dont know.. I would love to hear others opinions and thoughts on this before I get more into it

I actually wrote to Prince William in November '07, all I recieved back is an unsigned (but absolutely gorgeous) postcard of him, as well as a letter from his secretary saying that he cannot do autograph requests. It's the same with Prince Harry, and I assume with all of the British royals. To my knowledge none of them sign ttm at all, understandably. I actually don't mind the response I got from Prince William - it was a lovely photo of him, and a lovely letter too, albeit by his secretary - but it's all so royal and stuff
