Hello everyone!

I'm interested in sending a questionnaire to some celebrities (who I know will fill it out ). I'd like to know what type of questions you usually ask? I will apprecaite any help from anyone who sends questionnaires or have received theirs filled out!

Celebrities NEVER answer my questions, so I only bother asking for an autograph now as of last year. However, if you're positive they will answer, then go for it!! Can you tell me which celebs you are interested in sending questionnaires to? Then I can suggest a few questions based on their individual aspects!

Thanks for your help! Well, I've seen Kate Bosworth filling in questionnaires and I've also seen very good responses from Zachary Quinto ('Sylar' from "Heroes"). I've already wrote to Zachary but I don't want to send a questionnaire to him.

I'm not going to send a questionnnaire to someone like Brad Pitt or George Clooney though! I only want to send to some of my favourite celebrities, who I think might answer them looking at previous feedbacks received... I really have no clue what to ask, I want to ask cool, funny and interesting questions!

When I send one, I ask are you anything like the characters you have played?

Who is your favorite actress, actor, and musician (band)?

Who is your favorite costar?

What is your idea of a perfect day?

What is one thing most people don't know about you?

ETC.

Date and Signature

That is my basic one,
I will add diffrent questions for diffrent celebrities,
but those are some general questions.

I wrote quite a few and the basic ones I used were

1) If you had a superpower what would it be?
2) What is your favorite memory on set?
3) What is one thing most people don't know about you?
4) What's your favorite role you have played?

And of course I change some based what who it is.

Lizanne, here's some questions I can think of - these are a bit actor-specific though as I see you're more into film stars

* When considering a script, do you look for similarities or contrasts between yourself and the character?

* Do you prefer directors who simply direct you according to their vision of the script, or do you like to give your some of your own input with projects you are involved with?

* Is acting everything you thought it would be? Is there another career you want to pursue within your lifetime?

* Has there ever been a role that has affected you on an emotional level, or that you have found particularly draining?

* you're a star yourself, but who makes you star-struck?

* Do you ever have concerns about doing intimate scenes with co-stars? Is it embarrassing or liberating as an artist?

For a star like Kate Bosworth, maybe you can ask something like : (regarding her role in Superman Returns)
* Did playing a journalist in that movie perhaps change your perceptions of the media and how they report on celebrities?
or
* Since your role in Blue Crush, have you still continued surfing?

I can tell you're a big Charlie Cox fan, why not send a questionnaire to him too? You can ask things like :
* You love the city of London - who are your favourite Londoners, and what are your favourite attractions there?

* Would you like to establish yourself strictly as a big Hollywood-blockbluster film star, or perhaps do low-budget indie films as well?

*Is it boring filming with the CGI-method, or do your co-stars make it lively?

Thanks Skye can't give myself too much credit though as it took me a quite a while to think a few of them up!

But nevertheless they are really good. Mind if I use some of them for my next questionnaire?
