hey i was just on hayden pannettires(spelling)charity website to save the dolphins and i was looking at some items ,and saw autographed photos anyway you can order a picture and get any inscripiton you want on it .pending it nots weird i take it. for 5o bucks you think i should ask for it since .i think she has stopped singing threw the mail unfourtanetly, and a personalized auto from hayden would be great i meean it does go to charity and is not much more than a 8.10 at a collector store would be i mean ten bucks more for a personalized auto you cant go wrong. should i ask my dad to get it for me? im just a kid so ya i dont have a credit card lol

You should get it. It's an autograph that you want, and the money goes to a good cause, that Hayden is very passionate about.

It seems you really want this autograph. Looking at authentic examples for sale their around 40.00 +. So 50.00 isn't really too bad considering it goes to charity. The problem I have is I'm always purchasing autographs but never would I purchase a personalized signed photo. I wouldn't want something to Bob when it's sally or whatever. Once personalized it loses resale value, not saying you would sell it but if down the line you decide maybe it wasn't that good a deal trying to sell would be difficult. If I really wanted it and I knew I could puchase it non personalized, I would. TTM autographs if they come personalized so be. I have no problem with that but if I'm going to dish out cash for one I want the ability to sell just like they sold to me.

If you want it, then buy it. It's for a good cause, and she's an actress you like, if you have the money to buy it and want to buy it, I don't see why not.

I have a problem with celebrities charging people, especially these newer ones, for an autograph. Sure, it's for a good cause, but she'd be in more of a position to donate to her cause than the average joe. On the other hand, if it's someone you can't live without, it's your money. I have turned down so many autographs (like blonde bombshell Mamie Van Doren, Majel Roddenberry of Star Trek, William Shatner, who I really want but won't pay $75, Bettie Page, etc.) just because they charge, unless it's at a convention and I get to meet them to boot. It's even more plausable if the celebrity hasn't worked for decades and have resorted to working at WalMart as a greeter, but for someone relativly new to Hollyweird, it's almost an insult to the fans who put them where they are. Still, your money. If you decide you must have the autograph, I would shop around on eBay for an authentic at a good price and snag it. For example, I wanted a Cowboys jersey since I was a kid, but there is no way on God's green earth that I would pay $75-80 for a shirt. I just got one off ebay for $15, Troy Aikman's name and number, and since I just got a card signed by him, I'll ask him to sign the jersey for me (something that would cost at least $100 on eBay) for only $15 plus postage. Shop around, is all I say. There are bargins out there. But, it's your money after all. Sorry if I rambled on, but I'm a parent of 2 teens (1 a girl and the other... a boy, duh

) and I face the same things every paycheck. Good luck with whatever you decide.
