My Questionnare

Okay, I want to send a questionnare to Carl "The Kissing Sailor" Muscarello. I am having a hard time deciding if I should type it up, so that it is very neat, or should I write it, so it is moderately neat? I really think that I should type it, but I thought I would ask for some input. Thanks.

typing it up would make it look more 'profectional' and more neat. Personally thats what I do.
