Could i use this email address to get a Cinderella autograph?

Would i have to send a picture or envelope or anything? Or just a letter?

I sent to them just a letter in a normal white envelope with no SASE or pics to the Disney Resort address which is posted on the website and yesterday I got my autographs. Probably about 2 weeks
