Unknown Success (Please Help)

I received this picture in the mail yesterday. It came in one of my SASE's. The thing is, I only have a few outstanding SASE's on my list and I know everyone that I've sent to. I believe this one may have come been mixed up at an agency or something like that. It says Bruce (which is my name) and then I can't even tell what the name is for sure or who the girl is. Although, very beautiful... I'm clueless.

I don't know who she is I'm afraid.. she looks a little like Sarah Jessica Parker although I don't think it's her!
A similar thing happened to me- I got a Nicholas Cage PP in one of my SASEs. I've never written to him and I'm not a fan. Strange!
