is brad paisley a good signer

hey guys im a big country music fan(even thou i love old rock and some old pop) anyway i really like a lot of brad paisley songs im still a guy is prob one of my top 7 fav songs as well as online. but ya is he a good signer, ive seen some fast succes from him but not many at all , is it that not many people here like country and have not wrote to him or is it that, they were lucky succeses does anyone know? but ya if i wrote him would i prob get a succes.
