Some still in the minors.

Vitters isn't the best signer. Looks like the only way to get him is at Cubs Spring Training, so you may need to wait until next February. you may lose your cards if you don't wait.

Samardzija isn't the best signer c/o the team either. However, he has a pretty good return rate in c/o his fan club address, which is:

With Bowker, I'd say you have about a 50/50 shot at getting him.
