Did anybody get successes from writing to Russian soccer clu

I'd like to send off some requests to players of Locomotive Moskow and St. Petersburg. As Russia is always hard for us autograph-collectors, I wondered if I should risk sending some cards, or if there is absolutley no hope. Did anybody ever had a success writing to players in care of their Russian clubs?

I just sent out to Arshavin...I doubt that someone here has tried Russian club b4 ..
so why don't just give a try?
I hope I could get a response.

I know the chance of getting response is slim..but it doesn't hurt to try

can't remember it was an young player who played for arsenal
