I recieved a Billy Joel autograph photo and it got damaged can I get some sort of an incentive??

I don't think you can. My best advice is to package your request very well before sending out. If you go cheap on the envelope etc, then damage is bound to happen. just my thoughts. looking forward to hearing what others have to say.

i know how you feel, i received my phil thompson autograph before and half the envelope was torn and the photo got ripped badly
