I have found an autographed photo of the late James Doohan for $44.99. It is certified by Vulkon Concention Promoters. They are the biggest Sci-Fi convention promoters. Is this a good price for the autograph? Do you think that it would be real?

Hi rpbluesman {up}

It is difficult to know if that is a fair price. You really need to do a bit of research and see if anyone else is offering anything similar.

If the genuine nature of an autograph is backed by a well-known source (Vulkon in your case) then all the better.

However, the only real way to guarantee the authenticity of an autograph is either to get it yourself, or have it inspected by an autograph expert.

I suppose $44.99 is not a massive amount of money, so if it feels right, go for it.

If it makes you happy, and it's real, then its worth the money!
