Autograph Letter Writing Question (your feedback)

Okay, I've never actually known the correct procedure for writing letters to someone who uses a stage name.

For example, should you address your letter Dear Lady Gaga, Dear Ms Gaga, or her real name Dear Ms Germanotta?

The same with Rihanna, or Slash from Guns And Roses....

I just wondered what you lot do, or would do.

when i wrote to Slash, i used "Dear Slash". i just figured he'd be so used to hearing fans use that instead of his real name. kinda the same thing with Marilyn Manson, i wrote "Dear Mr. Manson".

It's entirely up to the person, but I would personally address them as we 'know' them best - for example I would write "Dear Lady Gaga", "Dear Slash" and "Dear Rihanna" but again, it's entirely up to you. I'm not really 100% sure what the correct procedure is and what everyone else puts, but that's how I'd write it.

In all honesty, I doubt Rihanna will ever read our letters

However, as a general rule to keep in mind, I would use their stage name. Eg ''Dear Rihanna'' not ''Dear Ms. Fenty''

its not rihanna its her tour manager and the crew don't let her sign :/ i got rihanna in person and she told me this

I dont like rihanna but in general i hate that excuse because the truth is they are the star driving the tour and they are in charge and if they told their tour managers and crew i want all my mail given to me so i can sign it the manager and crew would have to do what she asks because without her or whoever it may be their is no job for the tour manager and crew so its really just an excuse because if they wanted to sign ttm they would and they could.

The reason she stop ttm is because aof fraud and im really not sure same with gaga i met them both and asked if they signed ttm and they said no gaga didnt tell me why anyone have an idea if miley stoped signing ??
