You don't have to but, it's polite. The celebrities are signing and taking their own personal time to do it so, I always send IRCs. IRCs are kind of like a SASE.

I have never sent IRC, bc in my post office isn't buy it... :neutral:

I usually use IRCs... cause I've heard euro stamps won't work from the US to Europe... true? IRCs are pretty expensive and only available to buy online, that bothers me...

I'm not from USA, I from Lithuania... I don't have dollars,IRC, or something. I don't use anything and I got Dakota Fanning success witout IRC :)

we dont use dollars in Spain but you can go to the Currency Exchange :neutral:
