jcash- Awesome ball there. It's possible that the people that signed it may have been cut after they signed the ball, or that they signed with a number that is from their old team or their college team. A lot of times guys straight out of college will sign with their college numbers.

I wouldn't panic yet. I think players take off the holiday season like everybody else.

I have not seen any siggys from him since then anyway.
Re: NFL TTM Thread
#32 is Anderson Russell, he was a safety that made last year's team but was cut in the preseaon this year. Would be surprised to see him back in camp again this year. I am still working on the rest, but I'm not sure that sig below Russell's is Kyle's. Looks like there are two dots there that would signify 2 i's. As for the 97 on the bottom photo, it's actually not a 97 at all. Turns out that is Donte Stallworth, who I believe was 17 when he was signed before he switched to 19. If you Google some of his sigs when he was with the Patriots, he signed with a "DS" just like this one and his jersey #. Still working on the rest, I'll let you know.jcash21 wrote:Thanks everyone, I love it too. I just can't figure out three of the autos on the ball.
The top one, I can't begin to make out and it's got "#32" next to it. Brandyn Thompson also signed with "#32", so I'm guessing this is someone who either didn't make the team or did and had to change his number.
The bottom one looks like it's "K... S....", so maybe it's Kyle Shanahan? It's the only one without a number next to it...so I'm thinking it's not a player.

You're totally right. I forgot about Russell, even after hearing his name a dozen times in training camp/preseason and I never would have gotten the Stallworth one. I was able to figure out the one under Russell's however. It's former Redskins/current Lions RB Keiland Williams. His number "35" is between his first name and last name and it kind of blends everything together. He doesn't write out his whole first name and there's really no space between it and the 35, but the big swoop in the middle is the "W" from Williams.
Thanks Shadow!

Grats on LT! Good player. Just wish he'd keep his nose clean and restore his manliness by staying away from Weight Watchers commercials.

Wow, good call on Williams! I forgot he started the year with us before eventually going to Detroit. It was driving me crazy, so now I can let it go, hahahah.jcash21 wrote:You're totally right. Nice Jennings success, leebo. He's been on my list to send to as well, but I waited too long. I'll just wait until training camp, no big deal.

Re: NFL TTM Thread
I do custom football players and have been very blessed to meet quite a few players and have them really treat my kids very good.
I have been talking with TE Daniel Fells of the Denver Bronco's about doing a figure for him. He is such a really nice guy. He asked me to do the TD catch that tied up the game with Miami and kind of got the Bronco's on a roll. Anyways he sent me an email asking for my addy so he could send the boys something before he left CO. Well today a Fed Ex box showed up and I have to say, I was very surprised and can't wait to see the eyes of my kids when they get home!
First, Here is the pose I will be doing and then the goodies! His sideline cap signed by Willis Mcgahee and himself, 2 pair of game used gloves, his wool cap, a Spirit/Ralley towel, his Bronco 2XL hoodie and a game used football! That was so very cool of him and I look forward to seeing what he thinks of the custom when I get it done for him.
Thanks for looking!

Re: NFL TTM Thread
so...today i got a few autographs in the mail. one of them i have no idea who its from. i only send to football players and occasionally retired baseball players, golfers, and NHL. Its a balding guy with curly hair in the back and hes got glasses. he looks about mid 40s early 50's. Yeah, no idea who it is. I guess thats what you get when you send emails out to athletes you dont even know. o well. so i also got a signed 4x6 and 2 signed cards from retired baseball player bob friend, a signed 8x10 of Minnessota Gophers head coach jerry kill, and an autographed Lawrence Taylor card that I had all but given up on. Not my best ttm day, but a good one regardless.
